Ms. Kari Leland, MS, RD, LDN
Kari Leland is the owner of In Balance Nutrition, LLC and is a registered dietitian nutritionist with almost 20 years of experience. A Michigan native, Kari earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University and Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University.
Prior to partnering with the Foxhall Foundation, Kari was the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Medstar Georgetown for 10 years. Currently, Kari works as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Kari is passionate about helping people feel their best by focusing on each client’s individual and unique nutrition needs and finding solutions that work for their everyday lives.
Kari is currently seeing patients in our New Mexico Avenue office and Virtually.
